Terrible Top Hat
Dog Blog Post #427: Frantic Friday strikes again, but the Daily Shoot took pity on us with:
Friday What's a photograph you've wanted to make for a while but haven't for some reason? Make it today.
Well, as anyone who stops by here somewhat regularly knows, we've been working on "Hats", starting way back on July 11 with the Top Hat post, where I noted that:
"There was no way, no how, that the Terrible Top Hat was going to get anywhere the Precious Puppy's Head"
Well, today was the day for Henry's final exam.
Do you think he passed?
Editor's Note: The bottle shots were for Our Daily Challenge's "Bottle/s" challenge. It was clearly used as just a prop, as Henry is way too young to be drinking. :)
The observant might note that there are no strings on these hats. They remain perched on puppy heads due to gravity alone.

Adorable. I think, maybe, he possibly earned a passing grade in this class!
So suave and debonair they both are. :) No strings, very impressive and no one fussing to get them off. Love it!!
That Henry is a rabble-rouser that one. Hitting the sauce? And at such a young age? So sad. Well, at least he is a dapper dresser ;0)
This is one of my favorite shots yet. They are adorable!!
Wonderful pictures-I love the retro look
Woof! Woof! Just adorable + the Golden SMILES are just irresistible. Lots of Golden Woofs, Sugar
I still just adore that expression on Henry's face in that first picture! Every one of those shots is just awesome.
And I told myself I'd make that one up today, and now I'm still sitting here pondering both of the DS shots I need to get. Earth tones should really be no problem, but I can't for the life of me conjure up what sort of background I want to use. Cold medicine and the DS obviously do not mix!
I think they need to have bow ties too... Very cute pics though!
I love the top photo where Henry looks like he's tilting his nose up to stop his top hat from falling off! It's serious stuff:) He's turned into a real pro at hats. I think my favourite is second from bottom. Zachary looks particularly handsome.
Love them all!!!! Really!
I LOVE the black & white (or is that sepia?) photos you do. These are some of my favorites here. They are such good models!
Your site never fails to make me smile... I have a big grin on my face from these photos!
