"Whatcha doing down there, mommy?"

Dog Blog Post #620: Every so often, the Daily Dog Challenge prompt just doesn't work for me.

Today was one of those days.

128. "The Sky's the Limit" - Make a photo of your dog that emphasizes the sky today.

Now, my backyard is nestled between a tree-topped slope and my house.

In order to "shoot" the sky, I need to basically point the camera straight up.

My camera doesn't focus on items closer than about 2 feet.

The dogs stand 2' at the shoulders.

Taken together, you discover that it is practically impossible for me to take a picture "emphasizing" the sky -and- including a dog, while in my backyard.

Oh well!

The the shot below, I gave up trying to get myself down there and instead held the camera near the ground with the lens pointed skyward and snapped a few shots...
