This was a riot to shoot, especially trying to get the hat to stay on Zachary's head. I finally had to pull out my old ear muffs to keep the hat in place.

And yes, those are real 80's leg warmers on Zachary's legs.

I'm not sure what's worse - that I'm old enough to own them, that I still have them and could even find them, or that I actually wore them.

Frankly, they look a lot better on Zachary than they ever looked on me!

Uh, Henry, that was supposed to the be the "Look to the Center" shot!

Editor's Note: Was in a huge rush today to get my shots, and it shows. What I really should have done is put the backdrop stand up behind the sofa so that all the stuff you can't see because I cropped it out wouldn't show and I would have had more room to work with to create a more dynamic shot.

Oh well, Halloween is approaching fast and with luck there will be another challenge soon where I can try again!

Problems/Solutions

Let's see - the pumpkins kept leaping off their spots, the background (new) was WAY to bright and shiny, and the dogs' muzzles were in deep shade.

But besides that...

Umm… yeah. And at that point my brain stalled. Why are there five pumpkins there?

I haven't a clue.

What is the meaning of this picture?

I haven't a clue about that either.

(sigh)

At least I like my new background fabric (purchased just today.)

And the pumpkins were rather cute (removed from a dead string of white xmas lights.)

And Henry was looking quite dapper in his Jester Collar and focused exactly where I asked him to.

But as for deeper meaning, I'm afraid you'll have to look elsewhere.
