Yes, I was a huge Star Trek fan in my youth.

Not a geeky, I-know-the-name-of-all-the-episodes-and-could-use-the-equipment-better-than-the-cast sort of fan (not that there's anything wrong with that!) but the sort of fan who would walk past the TV, notice it was on, knew exactly what had happened and what would happen in that episode, but still sat down to watch the rest of it anyway.

And I loved this episode.
