I believe we picked this beauty up when the first Lord of the Rings came out (~2001) and it's just as sturdy and solid as it looks.

Remains of the Bag

Henry is my Tug Boy, and I really didn't have any expectation of getting much from Mr. Zachary today.

Silly me.

While Zachary (above) might not want to play tug with wooly toys, he loves to shred paper and his bag didn't stand a chance.

Henry (below) while enthusiastic about tugging, had little interest in the sort of animated destruction today's challenge was looking for.

Alas, the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Paper Bags would not have been pleased by the outcome.

Behind the Scenes

Once again, I had more dog than background fabric OR kitchen, and a bit of touch up down both sides of most images was required to keep the cabinets from showing.

And as 75lbs of excited Golden Retriever is not the most compact nor stationary of objects, trying to keep them tugging while staying out of the way of the camera lights added an extra challenge of its own.

Not much time for pictures tonight.

Went to see the movie Pacific Rim for the second time, and enjoyed it even more than the first. Much easier to sit back and admire the graphics when you aren't trying to follow the story. :)

Anyway - you get a really good view of one of Zachary's larger Black Spots near the back of his tongue in the shot above (on the right) - something quite common in Golden Retrievers, and all mine have/had them.
