Dog Blog Post #1168
The boys always find the world outside the window to be Fascinating and I am forever fascinated by them.

Daily Dog Challenge "677. Natural Light"
Alas, as it's way too hot this time of year to put the boys in front of the window when the sunlight is streaming through, you get the much less interesting indirect lighting.
Once the sun starts hitting the windows the blinds come down and their "Reality TV" is turned off.
Truth In Advertising
Ok - there was absolutely NOTHING going on outside the window.
Zip. Zero. Nada.
Where's the UPS man when you need him???
In the end, it was shear training that pulled this off. I used a cookie to get their heads where I wanted them, flashed the stay sign, backed off and took the shot.
I'm sure they thought I was completely nuts, as Zachary's unhappy expression in the second shot - ear tense, high, and back, with eye looking at me sideways - clearly shows.
Zachary doesn't like not understanding what's going on.
That was actually the first shot of him that I took - at least of the ones shown here. He quickly warmed up to the process and is relaxed and happy in the rest of the shots.
Henry has no problem looking at nothing.
Doing nothing.
Yup, his brain slips into idle easily and often. :)

"Zachary doesn't like not understanding what's going on" - interesting, he's such a clever dog and I always think he looks very knowing in your pictures.
