Graceful

Unfortunately, for reasons that should become abundantly clear, today's commentary from Henry had to be censored.

Good thing it's Wordless Wednesday!

Swirling Headdress
Henry: (really really censored)

Dog Blog Post #1444

Despite the Graceful Swirl to his peacock headdress, Henry was not amused.

This fabric was a very early purchase for photography and I absolutely love it.

Alas, I have yet to find a good use for it as it wrinkles, is ridiculously slippery (dogs don't have shoulders), reflects light in unattractive ways, and the back shows distinctly lighter than the front (making draping hard).

Every so often I trot it out in hopes something will change, then sigh as I have to fold it back up and return it to the Seldom-Used Fabrics box.

Mr. Zachary
Zachary: "Real Dogs wear animal print scarves."

It was hard to not choose the shot above as my Picture of the Day (I went with the first shot of Henry) as it is a particularly fine (i.e. accurate) picture of Zachary.

Unfortunately, I thought calling the scarf "swirling" was a bit of a stretch.

  6. Henry did a good job. You may have had to censor him but he did sit still for a very nice picture. Prince would have never let that headress on for a minute.
    As always ... beautiful :)
