Dog Blog Post #1497

We have a lovely sunshade that we hang from the eaves above the porch railing to keep the Western sun from cooking the family room (and any family members residing therein).

It's wonderful, and I love it, but it completely eliminates any possibility of a view.

Sooo… today I trotted out a new floral print (purchased for it's Impressionist appeal) and a brown remnant (about 1/2 a yard wide) that I'd purchased solely because it was dirt cheap (70% off the already 50% off remnant price) and I figured I find a use for it as… something.

Today, it became a sofa.

Tomorrow, who knows?

(Note to self: next time we need to create soft furniture, drape a few bed pillows over the backdrop pole before covering with fabric. That is one uncomfortable looking sofa!)
