Just two pictures???
Yes.
The topmost shot was such a pain to "process" that I threw in the towel (sorry) on the rest.
I had NO clue the backdrop looked that wrinkled when I shot the pictures.
It looked fine to me from where I was standing.
(sigh)
Editor's Note:
And while Lightroom is growing on me, for certain kind of cloning (fixing) it really just can't match Aperture.
And on that technical note, I noticed today that Adobe had released Lightroom 6 a week or so ago.
Figures. I'd just purchased Lightroom 5 a few weeks before that.
In theory I should be able to get an upgrade for free, as there were a whopping 11 days between my purchase of 5 and the release of 6.
Of course, it took me half an hour to figure out how to apply for the upgrade.
And then it said I need to way 2 days for the Adobe staff to "look at it" and decide if it's OK.
And then wait another 8-10 days to get the upgrade.
"Look at it"???
Really???
I PURCHASED IT FROM ADOBE!!!
My purchase date is right there on my account info on their website - where I cut the serial number from to paste into the upgrade request.
Cut-n-paste.
From/To the same darn website - just a few tabs apart.
And what's with the 8-10 days???
It's an electronic download.
There should be neither humans nor time involved in this process.
Click of a button.
DONE.
Shoot - I could walk to Adobe and back in less than that.
Grrrrrr

For me these photos really capture the feeling of sun and the beach.
ReplyDeleteThe backdrop looks good as one of those material privacy dividers they have on beaches that I don't know the name of. One of those. I love the hats!
