There was no way the Precious Puppy was going to put his paw any further inside the shoe than that.

Period.

It's quite possible these shoes date from the late 80's and certainly are no newer than early 90's.

Looking at the soles, I'm not sure I ever wore them outside the store they came from.

Any chance they are back in style?
